Medium size home/apartment (3 bedroom, 2 bath):

• Move out/Deep Clean- $250
• Standard Clean- $150
  

Large home/apartment (4 bedroom, 2 or 3 bath):

• Move out/Deep Clean- $300
• Standard Clean-$175
  

Medium office (150-250 sq ft):

• Deep Clean- $100
• Standard Clean- $75
  

Large office (250-400 sq ft):

• Deep Clean- $125
• Standard Clean- $100
  

*Any extra bedrooms or bathrooms will be $25 extra for each room*
